Rosen Isaac Abramovich

Genus. in 1894 in St. Petersburg; social democrat. In 1923 he lived in Moscow, an employee of the magazine “Bulletin of Insurance”. Arrested on April 30, 1923 (according to other sources, on April 25, 1923); sentenced by the NKVD Commission on Administrative Expulsions on May 11, 1923 to 2 years of imprisonment in the Solovetsky camp (SLON). In 1925, he was imprisoned in the Verkhneuralsk political isolation ward. Sentenced by a Special Meeting of the GPU on May 15, 1925 (according to other sources, May 24, 1925) to deportation to Siberia for 3 years, sent to the village. Kargasok, Narym region. OS OGPU was sentenced on December 19, 1927 to deprivation of the right to reside in Moscow, Leningrad, Kharkov, Kiev, Odessa, Rostov-on-Don with attachment to a specific place of residence for 3 years. On August 18, 1931, this period was extended for another 3 years. In 1929 – 1933 he lived “on the minuses” in Ryazan, where he maintained contacts with the Socialist-Revolutionary Ekaterina Lvovna Olitskaya, Leonia Maximillianovna Katsenelenbogen and other socialists exiled to Ryazan. By resolution of the OS KOGPU on 02/01/1932 he was released from further serving of his sentence and free residence was allowed. He died on March 1, 1933 in Moscow from tuberculosis. Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation on November 29, 1995.
