Genus. in 1897 in Ryazan in the family of a pharmacist; higher education: graduated from Moscow State University in 1923; member of the RSDLP(M). In 1918, he was an employee of the Central Collegium for Prisoners and Refugees under the People's Commissariat for Military Affairs. Arrested on February 25, 1921 in Moscow at the “Forward” club. Imprisoned in Butyrka prison, released after 1.5 months. Arrested again in Moscow on November 7, 1921, and soon released. Arrested 03/11/1924; sentenced by OS KOGPU on 05/09/1924 to 3 years in a concentration camp; in January-February 1925 he was on the lists of the Suzdal concentration camp, in March 1925 - on the lists of the Butyrka prison, in June-July 1925 he was kept in the Butyrka prison hospital, in April 1925 he was on the lists of the Chelyabinsk political isolation ward; in the same year he was transferred to the Tobolsk political isolation ward. By resolution of the OS KOGPU on April 15, 1927 (according to other sources, on August 15, 1927) he was sentenced to 3 years of deportation to Central Asia, served in the city of Frunze. In 1930 he lived in Frunze; by the verdict of the OS on April 23, 1930, he was deprived of the right to reside in 6 localities with attachment to a specific place of residence for 3 years. From 1930 he lived in Voronezh, worked as an economist at Pishchevkustrest; arrested 01/12/1931; sentenced by OS KOGPU on July 23, 1931 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 3 years of exile in Western Siberia. In 1937 he lived in Saratov, worked as an economist in a geological office; arrested 06/01/1937; sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR on December 3, 1937 to 5 years in prison. 12/17/1946 sentenced by the OS MGB of the USSR to 3 years of exile; On 10/19/1948 he arrived in exile in the Oktyabrsky district of the North Kazakhstan region. Released 02/17/1949. In 1950 he lived in Petropavlovsk; arrested 05/25/1950; sentenced by the OS MGB of the USSR on September 20, 1950 to exile in the Krasnoyarsk Territory until 1954 he was there in “eternal” settlement. Lived and died in Krasnoyarsk. Rehabilitated in the 1931 case by the Prosecutor's Office of the Voronezh Region on March 20, 1991; in the case of 1937 - by the Presidium of the Saratov Regional Court on June 24, 1957; in the case of 1950 - by the Supreme Court of the RSFSR on January 05, 1965; probably for the second time - in the case of 1950 by the Regional Prosecutor's Office of the North Kazakhstan region by Decree of the PVS of the USSR dated January 16, 1989; for cases of 1924, 1925, 1927 and 1930 – IC of the RF Armed Forces 12/30/1993.
