Genus. in 1871 (according to information from various sources - in Moscow, Mogilev, Tomsk) in the family of a teacher; graduated from Nadezhda obstetric courses in St. Petersburg; member of the RSDLP since 1898. Participated in populist circles in Tomsk and St. Petersburg, stood at the origins of the “Union for the Liberation of the Working Class”, was arrested by the tsarist authorities, and was an agent of Iskra. In 1903 she joined the Mensheviks, in 1906–1907 she was elected a member of the Central Committee of the RSDLP from the Mensheviks, was secretary of the Menshevik faction in the State Duma of the 3rd convocation, and managed the office of the Menshevik newspaper “Luch”. After 1918, she retired from political activity and worked as a statistician. Arrested 12/03/1926; sentenced by the Kogpu on January 28, 1927 for “failure to report a counter-revolutionary crime” to deprivation of the right of residence in Moscow, Leningrad, Ivanovo-Voznesensk, N. Novgorod, Tula, Tver, Odessa, Rostov-on-Don, Kharkov, Kiev, Baku and Tiflis for 3 of the year; in 1927–1929 – in exile in Voronezh; 12/13/1930 deprived of the right to reside in the Moscow, Leningrad regions, Ukrainian SSR for 3 years. In 1931–1933 – in exile in Kokchetav. From 1934 she lived in Istra, from 1937 - in Yalta. Rehabilitated in 1989.
