Genus. in 1883 in Morshansk, Tambov province; Russian; social democrat. In 1920 he lived in Rostov-on-Don, worked as chairman of the board of the Rostov-Nakhichevan multi-shop cooperative "Association". Arrested on June 12, 1920, on charges of conducting anti-Soviet agitation and propaganda, disorganizing Soviet construction, and calling for strikes. Sentenced by the Supreme Revolutionary Tribunal at the All-Russian Central Executive Committee on April 21, 1921 to imprisonment under the strictest isolation with the use of forced labor. By a resolution of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee on January 6, 1923, he was conditionally released from punishment, and the GPU was asked to choose a place of residence. (According to other sources, he was arrested in Rostov on 05/19/1920, released on 06/05/1920; arrested again on 02/25/1921, but released from custody on 09/07/1921; sentenced by the Supreme Revolutionary Tribunal in March 1922 in the case of the Rostov Menshevik Organization - the case of the Don Committee to 5 years in prison). In 1923 – a prisoner at Lefortovo prison; sentenced to exile in Voronezh. In 1930 he lived in Voronezh; arrested and sentenced to 3 years of exile; served in Semipalatinsk. In 1932 he lived in Orenburg. Died in 1934. Rehabilitated in the 1920 case by the Prosecutor's Office of the Rostov Region on December 11, 1992.
