Genus. in 1897 in the city of Birsk, Orenburg province; Jew; higher education; social democrat. In 1921 and 1922 he was arrested several times in Kyiv. In 1923 he lived in Moscow, worked as a statistician in the editorial office of the newspaper “Economic Life”; arrested 06/06/1923; sentenced by the Kogpu on June 29, 1923 to 3 years SLON (served on Muksalma). In 1926 – in the Verkhneuralsk political isolation ward; 06/04/1926 sentenced by OS KOGPU to deportation after serving his sentence to the Arkhangelsk region for 3 years (sent to Pechora). On 05/17/1929 the OS KOGPU was sentenced to deprivation of the right to reside in certain cities for 3 years. . In 1930 he received an additional 3 years in prison; he served in the Suzdal (according to other sources, in Chelyabinsk) political isolation ward. Arrested 01/12/1931; from July 5 to August 8, 1931 he was in the Voronezh house; sentenced by the OS KOGPU on July 23, 1931 to 3 years in prison, served in the Suzdal political isolation ward; 06/09/1933 exiled to the Gorky region for 3 years. In 1936 he worked as a primary school teacher; 08/05/1936 sentenced to 5 years in prison. Rehabilitated in the 1933 case by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation on August 20, 1993.
