Genus. in 1901 in Bobruisk in the family of an accountant; incomplete higher education: studied at the Military Medical Academy; in 1920–1923 member of the RSDLP(M). In 1923 he lived in Petrograd, graduated from 2 courses at Leningrad State University (according to other sources, the Military Medical Academy). Arrested 03/10/1923; sentenced on June 22, 1923 by the Administrative Expulsion Commission to 2 years SLON.06/10/1925 sentenced by the OSO KOGPU to deportation to the Lower Ural region (according to other sources, to Kirkray) after serving a sentence of 3 years, lived in Uralsk.
On April 20, 1928, the OSO KOGPU was sentenced to deprive the right of residence in 12 cities, the Moscow and Leningrad regions, the SKK and Ukraine for 3 years after serving the term of exile. In 1928 he lived in Voronezh. In 1929-1931 he lived in Usman, worked as an economist at the Gorkomkhoz. Arrested 01/14/1931; by a resolution of the OSO at the Kogpu on July 23, 1931, he was sentenced to 3 years (according to some sources, imprisonment in the Suzdal political isolation ward, according to others, exile to the Urals); in April 1932 - replacement with exile in Repolovo, Ostyak-Vogul region. In 1937 he lived in Kursk, worked as an economist at the Kursk Regional Forestry Industry Union. Arrested 01/13/1937; sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on October 26, 1938, under Art. 58-8, 11 to VMN; executed on October 26, 1938. Rehabilitated in cases of 1923, 1925, 1928 by the St. Petersburg Prosecutor's Office on May 21, 1998; in the case of 1931 by the prosecutor's office of the Voronezh region on March 20, 1991.
