Genus. in 1880 in Zhitomir; member of the Bund. In 1923 he lived in Petrograd; employee of the Russian-German Trade and Joint Stock Company; arrested 03/20/1923; sentenced by the NKVD Commission on Administrative Expulsions on May 11, 1923 under Art. 70, 71, 72 to deportation from Petrograd (without specifying a period) with restriction of the right to reside in certain points. In 1925 he worked as a commissioner of the Novgorod Regional Union of Cooperatives for purchasing in Leningrad; arrested in Leningrad on June 28, 1925; sentenced by OS KOGPU on August 21, 1925 under Art. 62 for deportation to the Urals for 3 years; By resolution of the OS KOGPU dated May 21, 1926, he was released early due to the lack of evidence of a crime. In 1930 he lived in Leningrad, worked as an economist at Otkomkhoz; arrested 12/26/1930; sentenced to Kogpu on July 23, 1931 under Art. 58-11 to restrict the right of residence to 12 points with attachment to a specific place of residence for 3 years; lived in Kursk; released with the right to live freely in the USSR on January 26, 1934.
