Genus. 08/21/1884 in the town of Stary Bykhov, Gomel province (according to other sources, in the Tyumen province); Russian; higher education; member of the RSDLP since 1904; Electrical Engineer. In 1920 he lived in Mogilev, worked as an engineer in the Electroburo; arrested on 11/02/1920 (according to other sources, 11/09/1920) on charges of malicious criticism of the Soviet government and its activities; sentenced by the OSO of the 16th Army on 11/16/1920 to imprisonment in the Yekaterinburg concentration camp until the end of the Civil War; collegium of the NGO of the Western Front 09/12/1920 was released from custody and deported to live in Ivanovo-Voznesensk. In 1921 he lived in Moscow; arrested 02/25/1921; sentenced in November 1921 to 1 year of exile in Tashkent, then in Orenburg; released 02/07/1922. In 1922 he lived in Moscow, worked as an engineer at the Moscow State Power Plant; arrested in Petrograd by the PetroGubChK on January 24, 1922; sentenced 02/03/1922 to deportation to Vyatka for 1 year; arrived in Vyatka on May 15, 1922. In 1924 he lived in Petrograd; arrested 04/10/1924; sentenced to OS KOGPU on 07/18/1924 under Art. 68 by 3 years ELEPHANT. In May 1926 - a prisoner of the Tobolsk political isolator; sentenced to exile in Central Asia; served in Namangan and Chimkent. On April 29, 1927, he was sentenced to exile Kazakhstan for 3 years after serving his sentence. In 1930 he moved to Kazan, arrested in 1935 in Kazan, exiled to the city of Tara. In 1937 he lived in the city of Tara, Omsk region; arrested 07/08/1937; sentenced to OS under the NKVD of the USSR on 03/04/1940 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 3 years ITL. He was shot according to the Stalinist execution list of 09/29/1938. Rehabilitated in the case of 1937 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Omsk Region on 07/05/1989; in the case of 1924 - rehabilitated on the basis of Art. 3 pp. "a" and "b" of the Law of the Russian Federation of 10/18/1991.
