Golikov Petr Yakovlevich (Abramovich)

Born in 1887 in the village of Rybatskoye, Kasimovsky district, Ryazan province (according to other sources, in 1892 in Kronstadt); member of the RSDLP(m). In 1920 he lived in Petrograd, worked as the head of the "Proizvodsoyuz" department; arrested on 01.05.1920; sentenced by the Cheka at the SKSO on 09.06.1920 to 6 months' imprisonment. On 31.08.1920, by a resolution of the PGChK, he was conditionally released from punishment. In 1921 he lived in Petrograd; arrested on 25.03.1921; released by a resolution of the Presidium of the PGChK on 06.05.1921 due to lack of evidence of anti-Soviet activities. In 1923 he lived in Petrograd, was a member of the "Red North" cooperative; Arrested on 17 May 1923; released by the NKVD Commission for Administrative Expulsions on 6 July 1923. In 1938 he lived in Leningrad (25 Oktyabrya Ave., Bldg. 88, Apt. 53). He worked as an assistant to the director of the Lomonosov Plant. Arrested on 10 June 1938; sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR on 02 September 1938 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 8 years in a labor camp; on 14 September 1938 he was sent to Usollag; arrived at the camp on 08 December 1938; on 08 February 1941 he was transferred from Solikamlag to the construction of a hydroelectric power station in the city of Borovichi. Rehabilitated under the 1920 case by the St. Petersburg Prosecutor's Office on 18 October 1991; in the case of 1938 – by the Supreme Court of the RSFSR on 27.01.1956.
