Born in 1884 in Rostov-on-Don (according to some sources, in 1883 or 1885 in St. Petersburg); Russian; higher education (in 1919 he graduated from Don University in Rostov-on-Don as an external student); member of the RSDLP(M). Until 1917 he was arrested many times and lived under police supervision. In 1917–1920 he lived in Rostov-on-Don, worked as a legal adviser in workers' and cultural-educational organizations of the Rostov-Nakhichevan society "Union", editor of the newspaper "Rabochee Delo". Arrested on May 20, 1920 as a member of the Don Committee of the RSDLP(M), engaged in anti-Soviet agitation and propaganda, disorganization of Soviet construction; sentenced by the Supreme Revolutionary Tribunal at the All-Russian Central Executive Committee on April 21, 1921 to 5 years in prison in strict isolation with the use of forced labor; By decision of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee dated January 6, 1923, he was conditionally released from punishment and transferred to the GPU to choose a place of residence for him.In 1923–1924 he lived in Moscow and worked at the USSR State Planning Committee. Arrested in March 1924, imprisoned in the Suzdal political prison; sentenced by the OSO at the GPU on April 25, 1924 to 3 years in a concentration camp. By a resolution of the OSO under the GPU dated April 15, 1927, after serving his sentence, he was sentenced to exile in the North Dvina province for 3 years; served exile in Veliky Ustyug; by the resolution of the OSO at the GPU of the USSR dated 03/03/1930, after serving the term of exile, he was deprived of the right to reside in the Moscow and Leningrad regions, Nizhny Novgorod, the North Caucasus region, Dagestan, Ukraine, and the BVI with attachment for 3 years. Since 1930 he lived in Voronezh “in the red” and did not work. Arrested on January 12, 1931 by the SO PP OGPU for the Central Black Sea Region in the case of the “organization of Social Democratic Mensheviks in Voronezh”; sentenced by the OSO at the Kogpu, as a change to the previous resolution, on July 23, 1931 to 3 years in prison. Rehabilitated in the 1920 case by the Prosecutor's Office of the Rostov Region on December 11, 1992; in the case of 1931 - by the prosecutor's office of the Voronezh region on March 20, 1991.
