In 1920 he lived in Rostov-on-Don, worked as secretary-manager of the Rostov-Nakhichevan city health insurance fund; arrested as a member of the RSDLP(M), engaged in anti-Soviet agitation and propaganda, calling on workers to strike; sentenced by the Supreme Revolutionary Tribunal at the All-Russian Central Executive Committee on April 21, 1921 to imprisonment in the strictest isolation with the use of forced labor for a period of 5 years. Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Rostov Region on December 11, 1992.
