In 1924 he lived in Rostov-on-Don, worked as secretary of the Rostov Insurance Fund; arrested on 04/05/1924, accused of taking an active part in the work of an illegal Social Democratic organization that conducted anti-Soviet propaganda; sentenced by the OS at the Kogpu on May 23, 1924 under Art. 62, 68, 72 by 3 years in a concentration camp. By a resolution of the OS at the Kogpu dated April 29, 1927, he was sentenced to deportation after serving his sentence to Central Asia for 3 years; On December 13, 1927, due to an amnesty, the term was reduced by 1/4; 07/12/1929 deprived of the right to reside in Moscow, Leningrad, Kharkov, Kiev, Odessa, Rostov-on-Don, designated provinces, districts with attachment to a specific place of residence (period not specified). Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Rostov Region on June 23, 1993.
