Genus. in 1884 in Rostov-on-Don; Jewish. In 1924 she lived in Rostov-on-Don, worked as a doctor in the Donzdravdepartment; arrested on 04/05/1924, accused of taking part in the work of an illegal social democratic organization, and for having links with the Mensheviks; sentenced to the OS at the KOGPU on May 23, 1924 under Art. 62, 68, 72 to 3 years in a concentration camp. On May 25, 1927, the Vladimir OGPU was deported to the Komi ASSR for 3 years, in exile in Syktyvkar together with her husband, Mukhin A.A. By the Decree of the OS under the KOGPU dated 04/23/1930, she was deprived of the right to reside in the Moscow, Leningrad, Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa regions, the SKK, Dagestan with attachment to a specific place of residence for 3 years. In 1931 she lived in the village of Pomozdino, Ust-Kulomsky district of the Komi ASSR, worked as a pediatrician; arrested 03/07/1931, accused of ECO PP OGPU of the Northern Territory under Art. 58-7, 05/15/1931 the case was dismissed. After the second expulsion of her husband to Voronezh in 1933 or 1934, she went with him, in 1938 he was shot under the 58th Art. She worked in Voronezh as a pediatrician. During the occupation of Voronezh in 1942, she organized the work of a hospital for Soviet prisoners of war - some of the cured prisoners of war were secretly transported across the front line, a group of doctors was issued by a provocateur. Shot by the Nazis in the courtyard of the school-hospital 08/10/1942. Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Rostov Region on 06/23/1993. In Voronezh there is a Rebekka Mukhina street.
