In 1937 he lived in Rostov-on-Don, worked as a storekeeper at Soyuzzagotsnab; arrested on 10/18/1937 on charges that he was an active participant in the anti-Soviet Menshevik sabotage and terrorist Menshevik organization operating in the Rostov region, recruited new participants into his organization, was aware of terrorist methods of struggle directed against the leaders of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) and the Soviet governments; sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on July 19, 1938 under Art. 58-8, 11 to VMN; shot 07/19/1938; burial place - Rostov-on-Don. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on May 28, 1959.
