In the 1920s he worked at the Ministry of Finance in Moscow. In 1930 - Deputy Chairman of the Exchange and Consumption Section of the USSR State Planning Committee; arrested 11/15/1930; sentenced to Kogpu on January 27, 1931 under Art. 58-4, 7, 10, 11 for active participation in a counter-revolutionary sabotage organization to the VMN. Rehabilitated by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation on October 20, 1992.
