Genus. 04/07/1854 in Moscow. Graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Moscow University. He was a member of the liberal Union of Liberation. In November 1917 he was among the organizers of one of the first illegal anti-Bolshevik organizations - "Nine". In 1918 - one of the leaders of the All-Russian National Center. Arrested on September 28, 1919 by the Cheka. Executed at the Lubyanka on September 15, 1919. He was buried in a common grave at the Kalitnikovsky cemetery.
