Genus. in 1899 in the Vitebsk region; social democrat. In 1921 he lived in Vologda. Arrested in 1921. Arrested 08/17/1923. Sentenced by the Commission on Administrative Expulsions on September 21, 1923 “for participation in anti-Soviet activities” to 3 years (according to other sources - to 2 years) SLON. He served the end of his term in the Verkhneuralsk political isolation ward. By resolution of the OS at the Kogpu dated September 4, 1925, he was deprived of the right to reside in 6 regional centers. In 1928 he probably lived in exile in Perm. In 1932, with “minus 12”, he settled in Simferopol. Rehabilitated in the 1923 case by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation on March 30, 1994.
