Sentenced by the Kogpu on April 25, 1931 “For sabotage and counter-revolutionary activities” to 3 years in a concentration camp. By the same body, when reviewing the case on July 14, 1932, he was deprived of the right to reside in 12 regime cities with attachment to a specific place of residence. By resolution of the OS under the USSR Ministry of State Security dated December 13, 1947, the removal of a criminal record was denied. Rehabilitated by the USSR Prosecutor's Office on August 2, 1990.
