Yankelevich Genrikh Rafailovich

Genus. in 1904 in Elisavetgrad, Kherson province; Jew; secondary education. Sentenced on 08/11/1924 OS for anti-Soviet activities to 3 years in prison; served his sentence in the Verkhneuralsk political isolation ward; After serving his sentence, by resolution of the Kogpu dated July 4, 1927, he was sent to Siberia into administrative exile for 3 years. Sentenced to Os at the Kogpu on July 29, 1932 under Art. 58-10 to 3 years in prison; to change this decision, on March 22, 1933, the OS at the Kogpu was exiled to Kazakhstan for the remaining term of imprisonment; 01/21/1934 exiled to Stalinabad, worked as chief accountant of the Gulbasti narrow-gauge railway. Sentenced by the Troika UGB NKVD of the Tajik SSR on 12/12/1937 (according to other sources - 11/02/1937) to 10 years in labor camp. He died in Ufa in 1978 and was buried at the Sergievsky cemetery. Rehabilitated in the 1937 case by the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the Tajik SSR on 04/13/1956.
