In 1922 he lived in Moscow; arrested and sentenced by the Supreme Revolutionary Tribunal in March 1922 in the case of the Don Committee of the RSDLP to 5 years in prison, commuted to exile in the city of Melenki, Vladimir province; in 1923 he fled from exile at the call of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the RSDLP.
In 1924 he lived in Leningrad; arrested 07/07/1924; sentenced on 08/05/1924 to 3 years ELEPHANT.
In 1927 he was in the Tobolsk political isolation ward. In October 1927 he was sentenced to 3 years of exile in Yeniseisk.
In 1931 he was sentenced to 3 years of exile.
In 1935 he was sentenced to 5 years of exile.
In 1937, he was in exile in the city of Kirensk, Irkutsk region, and worked as an economist and planner at Lenzoloto. Arrested 05/12/1937; sentenced by the OSO at the State Committee for Internal Affairs of the USSR on April 20, 1939 to 8 years in labor camp. Rehabilitated in the 1937 case by the USSR Prosecutor's Office on 02/06/1990.
12/12/1941 sentenced by the Supreme Court of the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic under Art. 58-10, part 2 to VMN.
