Genus. in 1883 in places. Turk of the Novogrudok district of the Minsk province; Jew; social democrat. In 1921 he lived in Rostov-on-Don; arrested 03/25/1921; released 01/10/1922. in 1923 lived in Kharkov; arrested 07/11/1923; sentenced 08/21/1923 to 3 years SLON (contained on the island of Muksalma). In 1925 he was transferred to a political isolator; 08/27/1926 OS KOGPU was sentenced, after serving his sentence, to deportation to the North Dvina province (to Veliky Ustyug) for 3 years; 06/26/1929 OS KOGPU sentenced to deprivation of the right to reside in Moscow, Leningrad, Ivanovo-Voznesensk, Nizhny Novgorod, Tver, Tula, the aforementioned provinces and districts, Ukraine, the CCM with attachment to a specific place of residence for 3 years. In 1930 he lived in Kursk; arrested and exiled to Siberia for 3 years. In 1939, he was probably in exile in Orel; sentenced by the VT of the Oryol Military District on 04/13/1939 under Art. 58-8 hours 1, 10, 11 to 10 years in prison and loss of rights for 5 years. In 1941 - a prisoner of the Oryol prison; sentenced by the VC of the USSR Armed Forces on 09/08/1949 (in absentia, by decree of the State Defense Committee of 09/06/1941, signed by Stalin) under Art. 58-10 hours 2 to VMN; shot 09/11/1941; place of execution - Medvedev forest near the city of Orel. He was rehabilitated in the case of 1939 by the VK of the USSR Armed Forces on 04/11/1959; in the 1941 case - by the Plenum of the USSR Supreme Court on 07/26/1990; in the case of 23 years by the Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkov region on 05.02.1996.
