Genus. in 1884 in Kyiv; social democrat. Actively participated in 1922 in the preparation of the October Conference of the RSDLP; in 1923, apparently, he was one of the members of the editorial board of the Social Democrat. In 1923 he lived in Kharkov; sentenced by the OSO at the KOGPU on 08/03/1923 to 3 years (according to other sources - to 2 years) SLON; kept on o.Muksalma. Released on 06/19/1925 and exiled to the Narym Territory for 3 years; in January 1926 he was in exile in the village. Chigar, Narym Territory; in April 1928 he lived in the village of Togur near Kolpashev. Released due to tuberculosis. Sentenced 04/20/1928 to deprivation of the right to reside in 6 cities. In the summer of 1929 he moved to Belgorod, where in 1932 he died of tuberculosis (according to other sources, he died in prison).
