Genus. in 1902 in St. Petersburg; Jew; member of the RSDLP since 1919; incomplete higher education. In 1919 he lived in Petrograd; studied at the Pedagogical Institute. Herzen; arrested 09/14/1919; released under amnesty on November 6, 1919. Arrested 05/01/1920; sentenced to 3 years of forced labor; By order of the Cheka, he was conditionally released on December 30, 1920. Arrested 02/21/1921; sentenced by the PetroChka Collegium to 1 year of deportation to Mtsensk district; released on May 2, 1922 by order of the PetroChka Collegium. According to other sources, he was arrested in June 1921 and kept in the Peter and Paul Fortress; until April 1922 he was in the DPZ; after a long hunger strike, he was sentenced in July 1922 to exile in Mezen, Vologda province. Arrested in Mezen in October 1924; sentenced by the OS KOGPU on December 12, 1924 to 3 years in political isolation, was kept in Suzdal. On 10/07/1927 the OS KOGPU, after serving his sentence, was sentenced to deportation to Central Asia for 3 years. On 10/23/1930 the OS KOGPU was sentenced to deprivation of the right to reside in a number of regions with attachment to a specific place of residence for 3 years. From 1930 he lived in Stalinabad, worked as an economist-referent in the State Planning Committee of the Tajik SSR; arrested 02/28/1931; sentenced OS KOPGU 06.28.1931 under Art. 58-11 for deportation to Eastern Siberia for 3 years. Lived in Irkutsk, then in Yeniseisk, worked in the planning department of the Central Planning Committee; arrested 02/21/1934 on charges of KRA; the case was closed on June 21, 1934 by the SPO OGPU for lack of corpus delicti due to exonerating circumstances. Released in the fall of 1934, he went to Kazan, where on February 11, 1935 he was arrested again while leaving for Tomsk. Taken to Moscow. Sentenced by the OSO under the NKVD of the USSR on May 15, 1935 to 3 years in a special purpose concentration camp, counting the period from March 16, 1935. He served his term in the Yaroslavl political prison, where he died on March 19, 1937, apparently during a hunger strike (P-8335). Rehabilitated in the 1930 case on October 18, 1992; in the case of 1931 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Tajik SSR on January 16, 1989.
