Genus. 03/26/1906 in St. Petersburg; Jew; at the time of the first arrest, no person, incomplete higher education; lived in Leningrad. First arrested on April 11, 1924 by the OGPU PP in the Leningrad Military District under Art. 68 and 72 of the Criminal Code for participation in a Menshevik organization; sentenced Post. OS at KOGPU from 05/16/1924 to 3 years SLON, on Solovki he joined the Social Democratic faction of the collective of political prisoners; from where he was transferred to the Verkhneuralsk political isolation ward.
By resolution of the OS at the Kogpu on May 16, 1924, he was exiled to Ashgabat for 3 years. At the end of his exile, he was deprived of the right to reside in 6 places (Moscow, Leningrad, Odessa, Kyiv, Kharkov, Rostov).
On April 15, 1927, OS KOGPU was sentenced to 3 years of exile to Central Asia. According to the amnesty of November 6, 1927, the term was reduced by 1/4.
On 05/17/1929 the OS KOGPU was sentenced to deprivation of the right to reside in Moscow, Leningrad, Kharkov, Kiev, Odessa, Rostov-on-Don, the designated provinces and districts with attachment to a specific place of residence for 3 years.
In 1930 he lived in Kazan, was arrested, served his sentence in Kazan, then in Starokuznetsk and Artemovsk. He studied in absentia at the Faculty of Economics of Leningrad State University.

In May 1934 he lived in Donbass.
In 1937 he lived in the city of Konstantinovka, Donetsk region, and worked as an economist in the planning department of a tannery; arrested on September 14, 1937 by the Konstantinovsky City Department of the NKVD for the Donetsk region; sentenced on November 14, 1937 to VMN with confiscation of property. Rehabilitated in the 1937 case by the Prosecutor's Office of the Donetsk region on September 20, 1989.
