Genus. in 1904 in Minsk; Jew; b/n; single Student of the Technological Institute. Lived on Ligovsky pr., 71, apt. 70. Arrested on 04/12/1924 by the OGPU PP in the Leningrad Military District. Charged under Art. 62, 68 and 72 of the Criminal Code. On May 16, 1924, he was sentenced by OS at the Collegium of the OGPU to imprisonment in the Solovetsky concentration camp for 1 year. By the decision of the OS under the Collegium of the OGPU of April 15, 1927, after serving his sentence, he was sent to the Urals through the OGPU for a period of 3 years. By the decision of the OS under the Collegium of the OGPU dated 07/08/1930, he was deprived of the right to reside in a number of regions with attachment to a specific place of residence for 3 years.
