Genus. in 1905 in Pskov; Jew; employee; incomplete higher education, 2nd year student at the Law Department of Leningrad State University; RSDLP(m). Lived in Leningrad, Bolshaya Podyacheskaya st., 8, apt. 14. Arrested on April 10, 1924 by the OGPU PP in the Leningrad Military District. Charged under Art. 62, 72 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (as amended in 1922). By a resolution of the Special Meeting of the OGPU Collegium dated July 18, 1924, he was deprived of the right to reside in 6 university cities for 3 years, with release from custody. Rehabilitated by the conclusion of the St. Petersburg prosecutor's office dated May 23, 1994. From 1925 to 1928 he was kept in political isolation cells in Chelyabinsk and Verkhne-Uralsk, from 1928 to 1931 - in exile in Kazakhstan, from 1931 to 1934 - prohibited from living in the city of Kuibyshev for communist Menshevik activities. In 1937 he lived in Moscow, Novoryazanskaya street, 7/31, apt. 62. Until July 22, 1937 he worked as a deputy. Head of the planning department of Soyuztrans. By resolution of the Troika under the NKVD in the Kuibyshev region dated December 7, 1937 under Art. 58-7, 8, 10, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR sentenced to VMN. Shot on December 21, 1937 in Kuibyshev. Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Kuibyshev Region on 04/06/1989.
