Genus. in 1906 in the city of Kozlov, Tambov province (according to other sources, St. Petersburg); from poor nobles (father - writer R.V. Ivanov-Razumnik); Russian; member of the RSDLP(M). In 1924 he lived in Leningrad; studied at the Polytechnic Institute; arrested 03/12/1924 (according to other sources - 05/16/1924) OGPU PP in the Leningrad Military District; sentenced by the OS at the Kogpu on May 16, 1924 for disseminating Menshevik appeals to 3 years in prison: until 1925 - SLON (Anzer). In June 1925 he was in SLON; in July 1925, together with his wife Antonina Orlova, he was transferred to the Verkhneuralsk political isolation ward, where he remained until 1927. Here they, together with Orlova, submitted a petition for union, but were refused, because They did not provide documents that they were husband and wife. According to Art. 18"b" of the Criminal Code, the sentence was reduced by 1/3. Fast. On April 29, 1927, the OS at the OGPU Collegium was sentenced to deportation to the Mari region for 3 years. Under the amnesty, the term was reduced by 1/4. On May 17, 1929, by a resolution of the OS KOGPU, after serving his sentence, he was deprived of the right to reside in 6 localities with attachment to a specific place of residence for a period of 3 years. In 1929–1932 he lived in Kazan; worked as an economist at Tatgosplan; arrested on April 27, 1932 as a member of the Menshevik organization; sentenced by OSO Kogpu TASSR 09/07/1932 under Art. 58-11 to 3 years of exile in a special settlement and deprivation of the right to reside in 12 settlements, the Ural region and the TASSR. In 1935 he lived in Saratov; worked as an economist at Sarenergokombinat; arrested 02/17/1935; sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR on June 20, 1935 to deportation to Minusinsk for 3 years. In 1937 he lived in Minusinsk; arrested 11/06/1937; sentenced by the troika of the NKVD KK on June 10, 1938 under Art. 58-10, 11 to VMN with confiscation of property; executed on August 5, 1938 (according to other sources, died in a camp in 1938); burial place - in Minusinsk. Rehabilitated in the case of 1929 on September 29, 1989, in the case of 1932 on September 4, 1989, in the case of 1935 by the Saratov Regional Prosecutor’s Office on September 20, 1989; in the case of 1937 - by the Presidium of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court on May 26, 1956.
