Genus. in 1887 in St. Petersburg in the family of a teacher; Higher education: graduated from Moscow University, majoring in planning; member of the RSDLP(M) since 1918. Arrested 04/20/1931; sentenced by the OS at the Kogpu USSR on April 30, 1931 under Art. 58-11 to deprivation of the right to reside in 12 localities with attachment to a specific place of residence for 3 years. In 1935 he was in exile in Kazan; arrested on February 15, 1935 “for participation in a counter-revolutionary Menshevik organization”; sent to Moscow to continue the investigation; sentenced by the OS under the NKVD of the USSR on May 15, 1935 to 3 years in prison, sent to the Chelyabinsk political detention center. Rehabilitated in the case of 1931 and 1935 by the USSR Prosecutor's Office in 1989.
