Arrested again on November 27, 1921; By resolution of the Kogpu on May 26, 1922, the case was terminated, and the undertaking not to leave the place dated January 27, 1922 was annulled. In September 1922 he was kept in Petrograd prison, then deported to Vyatka; arrested on April 15, 1923 for participating in the celebration of the anniversary of the RSDLP; sentenced by the NKVD Commission on Administrative Expulsions on May 11, 1923 on charges of “underground counter-revolutionary work” to imprisonment in the Arkhangelsk concentration camp for 2 years; On May 26, 1923, the same authority sentenced him to deportation to the Vyatka province for 2 years.
