Genus. in 1879 in Simferopol; incomplete higher education; member of the RSDLP(M) since 1901. Arrested on April 26, 1921, held in Oryol prison, participated in an 8-day hunger strike; sentenced in 1925 to 6 (or 7?) years in prison. He served in the Tobolsk political isolation ward, then another hunger strike, then in the Verkhneuralsk political isolation ward, and in November 1929 in the Butyrka prison. Arrested 02/15/1935; sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR on May 15, 1935 to deportation to Vologda for 5 years. In 1937, in exile in Vologda, he worked as an economist at Lnostroy. Sentenced by Troika under the NKVD in the Vologda region. 12/01/1937 to VMN. Rehabilitated in the 1935 case by the USSR Prosecutor General's Office on 06/08/1989; in the case of 1937 - by the Vologda Regional Court on September 17, 1963.
