Genus. since 1871 in Nevel, Vitebsk province; Russian; member of the RSDLP (m). In 1920 he lived in Petrograd, a worker of the Zagotbum expedition. Arrested 05/01/1920; found guilty of distributing proclamations of the RSDLP(m) criticizing the Soviet regime and the RSDLP(b); sentenced by the Cheka under the Union of Communes of the Northern Region on 06/09/1920 to 6 months in prison. He was rehabilitated in the case of 1920 by the prosecutor's office of St. Petersburg. 06/03/1998.
