Genus. in 1906 in Krasnoyarsk; Latvian; from a working-class family; 4th grade education. Journalist; candidate member of the CPSU(b). In 1935 he lived in Alma-Ata, worked as the head of the Alma-Ata city office of grain trade of the Kazakh Krai Union, and was removed “for criminally negligent attitude to work.” By the decision of the Kazakh party board. the regional CC was expelled from the party in January 1935. Arrested 03/07/1935; sentenced by the NKVD to the KSSR on September 22, 1935 under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years of exile (expulsion). Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Kazakh SSR on October 21, 1989.In 1936 he lived in the city of Minusinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, as an exile; sentenced by the OSO NKVD of the USSR on July 10, 1936 to 5 years in labor camp.
In 1938 he was a prisoner of Ukhtpechlag; sentenced by the troika at the NKVD of the Arkhangelsk region on January 11, 1938 under Art. 58-10, 11 to VMN. Shot on March 30, 1938. Burial place - Vorkuta Mine.
