Genus. at 06.11.1886 in Riga; Jew; higher education: graduated from the Faculty of Law of St. Petersburg University in 1912; in 1905–1924 a member of the RSDLP(m), from 1918 a member of the Moscow Committee of the RSDLP(m). Before the revolution, he was repeatedly arrested and exiled. In 1920 he lived in Kharkov. Arrested 08/15/1920. Sentenced to exile in Georgia. Arrested again on April 26, 1921. He was kept in Oryol and then in Kharkov prisons. Sentenced in June 1922 to exile in Turkestan for 1 year. In 1923 - a prisoner in Kharkov prison. Sentenced in December 1923 to 3 years of exile, he served in Novo-Nikolaevsk, then in Kolpashevo. In 1924 he was sentenced to imprisonment in a political cell for 3 years. In 1927 he was exiled to the Narym region for 3 years. In 1932 he lived in Kazan, worked as an economist at Centrospirt. Arrested 04/30/1932. Sentenced to OS at the Kogpu on September 7, 1932 under Art. 58-11 as a “member of the Menshevik organization” to exile in a settlement for 3 years. In 1937 he lived in Tambov, worked as an economist at the Tambov Distillery. Arrested 07/13/1937. Sentenced by the Troika UNKVD in the Tambov region on December 27, 1937 under Art. 58-10 to VMN. Shot on 02/01/1938. Rehabilitated in the 1932 case on 09/04/1989; in the case of 1937 - by the Presidium of the Tambov Regional Court on December 22, 1956.
