Genus. in 1894 in the village of Ozereshno, Glebovsky volost, 1st camp, Luga district, St. Petersburg province; Russian; b/p; without education. In 1925 he lived in Leningrad, a student at the GIMZ-1 accelerated course, and worked as a physician at the Baltic Water Health Department; arrested on April 15, 1925 on charges of “harboring and aiding a criminal organization”; sentenced by the OS at the Kogpu on July 31, 1927 to deportation to the Urals for 3 years. By a resolution of the OS at the Kogpu dated March 9, 1928, he was sentenced, after serving his term of exile, to deprivation of the right to reside in the Moscow and Leningrad regions with attachment to a specific place of residence for 3 years. By a resolution of the OS at the Kogpu dated July 8, 1931, he was sentenced, after serving his sentence, to extend the deprivation of the right to reside in the Moscow and Leningrad regions with attachment to a specific place of residence for another 3 years. Rehabilitated by the St. Petersburg Prosecutor's Office on September 11, 1998.
