Genus. in 1892 in Odessa; Jew; social democrat. Arrested in December 1930; sentenced by the KOGPU on April 25, 1931 "for participation in the Menshevik counter-revolutionary organization" to 10 years in prison. In the mid - 1930s he was the chief accountant of the construction of "Moscow-Volga"; since 1936 at the same time the chief accountant of the Central Accounting Department of the Financial and Planning Department of the Gulag, then the chief accountant of the Gulag. Arrested again 06/27/1938; on April 16, 1939, the VT of the Moscow District of the Internal Troops of the NKVD was sentenced "for counter-revolutionary propaganda, sabotage" to 15 years in labor camp. In 1952 - prisoner of l / n No. 033 of OzerLaga; arrested 02/04/1952; sentenced by the camp court ITL "Ozerny" 03/26/1952 under Art. 58-10 hours 1 to 5 years labor camp. He was rehabilitated [in the case of 1952] by the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 01/24/1958. He died on 10/01/1952 in places of deprivation of liberty in the Irkutsk region.
