Born in 1896; graduated from the Tashkent Cadet Corps in 1916, the Elisavetgrad Cavalry School in 1917. Participant in the First World War and the Civil War. In 1922-1924 - head of the Novgorod Provincial Education Department, in 1924-1927 - head of the Leningrad Provincial Political Education Department, head of the Agitation and Industrial Department of the North-West Bureau of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), teacher at Leningrad universities. In 1927-1933 - executive secretary of the Leningrad Regional and City Councils of Osoviahim, general secretary of the Central Committee of Osoviahim of the USSR. In 1933-1935 - head of the political department of the MTS of the Moscow Region. In 1935-1937 - head of the Kalinin Regional Education Department. In October 1937 he was repressed. He died on 16.04.1940 in the North Ural camp. He was rehabilitated in 1959.
