Antipov Nikolay Kirillovich
Born in 1894 in the village of Lisichkino, Novgorod Governorate, Starorussky District; Russian; primary education; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). In August 1918 - deputy chairman of the Petrograd Cheka, in January 1919 - chairman of the Petrograd Cheka, from 1919 - secretary of the Kazan Provincial Committee of the RCP(b), chairman of the Kazan Provincial Executive Committee and member of the Revolutionary Military Council of the Reserve Army of the RSFSR, worked for a year in the Central Committee of Transport Workers. In 1920 he was elected a member of the Presidium of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions. From 1923 - secretary of the Moscow Committee of the RCP(b), in 1924 - head of the organizational and distribution department of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). From 1925 - First Secretary of the Ural Regional Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), from 1926 - Second Secretary of the Leningrad Provincial Executive Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) and Secretary of the North-West Bureau of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). From 1928 to 1931 - People's Commissar of Posts and Telegraphs, in 1930-1934 - at the head of the All-Union Council of Physical Culture (VSFC) under the Central Executive Committee of the USSR. In 1931 he was appointed Deputy People's Commissar of the Workers' and Peasants' Inspection. In 1931-1934 - Chairman of the Invention Committee under the Council of Labor and Defense. In 1934-1937 - member of the KSK under the Council of People's Commissars, in 1934-1935 - Deputy Chairman of the KSK under the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR and Deputy Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR. Simultaneously from 1935 to 1937 - Deputy Chairman of the STO USSR. Lived in Moscow, Ostrovsky per., bldg. 8. Arrested on June 21, 1937. Sentenced by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the USSR on July 28, 1938 on charges of participating in a counter-revolutionary terrorist organization. Executed on July 29, 1938. Burial place: Moscow region, Kommunarka. Rehabilitated in June 1956 by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the USSR.
