Genus. in 1886. Graduated from the Mikhailovsky Artillery School in 1907. On 01/01/1909, lieutenant of the 12th mortar artillery division. Participant in the First World War in 1914-1915, commander of the 1st regiment of the 26th mortar division. Since 1915 - officer of the Mikhailovsky Artillery School, student of the Mikhailovsky Artillery Academy. In 1918, he was a teacher at the 1st Soviet Artillery Command Course (formerly the Mikhailovsky Artillery School) in Petrograd. Lived in Petrograd, Simbirskaya street, 22, apt. 23. Arrested on 07/11/1918 by the Extraordinary Commission under the Petrograd Council of Workers' and Soldiers' Deputies to combat counter-revolution and speculation in the case of a conspiracy at the Mikhailovsky Artillery School. By resolution of the PetroChka of August 19, 1918, as a former officer, he was transferred to the position of internee. Released by a resolution of the Cheka for the fight against counter-revolution and profiteering in November 1918.
