Chairman of the Union of Socialist Junkers of the Petrograd Military District, close friend of L.I. Kanegisser, the murderer of PetroChka Chairman M.S. Uritsky, who signed Pereltsweig’s death warrant.

He entered service as a soldier after the 1st year of school on 07/15/1916 in the 1st Infantry Reserve Regiment, on 04/20/1917 he was sent to the Kazan School, on 07/24/1917 he was promoted to junior non-commissioned officer, on 08/01/1917 - to ensign. Expelled from the school and 08/03/1917 sent to the 193rd Infantry Reserve Regiment. In 1918 he lived at the address: Petrograd, Kamennoostrovsky Ave., 54. Sentenced by the PetroChka on August 19, 1918 for “counter-revolutionary agitation among cadets of the Mikhailovsky Artillery School” to VMN. Shot on August 21, 1919.
