Member of the Central Executive Committee and the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of the USSR (1924-1928). Since 1933 - Head of the Political Department of the Kirov Railway. D, member of the Council of the People's Commissariat. Awarded the Order of Lenin (04/04/1936). In 1937 he was transferred to the post of head of the South Eastern Railway. Candidate member of the Voronezh Regional Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks.Arrested 06/28/1937. Sentenced by the visiting session of the All-Union Military Commission of the USSR in Leningrad on September 22, 1938, according to Art. 58-7, 58-8, 58-11 to VMN. Shot on 09/23/1938. Rehabilitated in 1955
