Yudashkin Moisey Khatskelevich
Born in 1904 in the village of Aleshnya, Gorodnyansky district, Chernigov province; from a family of an employee; graduated from 6 classes of gymnasium in 1918; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) from 1919 to 1938 (in 1922 he was expelled for 6 months). In 1918-1919, he was the secretary of the trade union of workers and employees in the Gomel district of the Gomel province, then the secretary of the RCP (Bolsheviks) cell and the secretary of the executive committee (the village of Poddobryanka, Gomel province). From 1920 he served in the Red Army. In the State Security Service since 1921. From 1922, he was the secretary of the department for combating banditry of the Gomel provincial department of the GPU, in 1923-1925 he was an assistant to the district authorized representative of the SO and the secretary of the Mogilev district department of the GPU. From 1925, authorized representative of the ECO of the Mogilev district department of the GPU, from 1927 member of the board and head of the closed trade cooperative of employees and troops of the GPU of the Byelorussian SSR, accountant of the field communications department of the PP OGPU for the BVO. In 1928-1930, authorized and senior authorized representative of the ECO of the PP OGPU for the BVO, then head of the department of the ECO of the PP OGPU for the Byelorussian SSR. From 1932, acting deputy head of the 00 Mogilev operational sector of the GPU, assistant to the head of the Mogilev operational sector of the GPU, from 1933 assistant to the head of the Vitebsk operational sector of the GPU. In July - November 1934, assistant to the head of the ECO of the UGB NKVD for Central Asia, then head of the ECO of the UGB NKVD for the Uzbek SSR. From July 1936 he was at the disposal of the OK NKVD of the USSR, then the head of the department of the ECO UGB UNKVD for the Leningrad Region. From January 1937 to May 1938 he was the head of the 17th department of the 3rd (KRO) department of the UGB, the head of the 10th department and assistant to the head of the 3rd (KRO) department of the UGB UNKVD for the Leningrad Region. From May 1938 to April 1939 - deputy head of the NKVD UGB for the Murmansk Region. On November 19, 1938, he attempted suicide, after recovering in March 1939 he was removed from his post and dismissed from the NKVD. From October 1939 to April 1957 he worked in leadership positions at Plant No. 4 named after Kalinin in Leningrad.
