Genus. in 1883 in the village of Ruchi, Novgorod district, Novgorod province (later Tosnensky district, Leningrad region); Russian; in 1904–1906 – Member of the RSDLP(M). From 1922 he lived in Murmansk, working as an economist, statistician and specialist on minority issues; held the positions of head of the statistical bureau of the regional executive committee, chairman of the planning commission of the provincial executive committee, head of the Murmansk Committee of the North; organizer and active member of the Society for the Study of the Murmansk Region (Murmansk Society of Local History). In 1938 he lived in Murmansk, worked as director of the Murmansk Regional Museum of Local Lore; arrested on February 27, 1938 in the case of the so-called “Sami conspiracy” (Case of Alymov and Co. sentenced by the OS under the UNKVD according to the Leningrad Region on October 15, 1938 under Article 58-10-11 to the VMN; shot on October 22, 1938; burial place - Leningrad, Levashovsky forest. Rehabilitated by the Military District of the Northern Military District on July 4. 1957.
