Born in 1896 in Lodz, Poland; Jewish; citizenship of the USSR; from a working class background; basic education;   b/p, member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) until 1932, expelled . Worked as an agent at the Prigorodny grocery store. Lived in Moscow, M. Bronnaya St., Building 15, Apt. 13. Arrested on March 12, 1938 by the 5th Department of the UGB of the NKVD of the Moscow Region, accused of espionage for Poland. Sentenced on June 2, 1938 by the Special Conference of the NKVD of the USSR (in fact, by the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor of the USSR) under Article 58-6 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in a correctional labor camp. Imprisoned in Sevvostlag. Sentenced on August 20, 1941   The military tribunal at the Dalstroy UDS on charges of   anti-Soviet agitation among prisoners sentenced to 10 years in a labor camp. Rehabilitated by the Military Tribunal of the Moscow Military District on 29.12.1955 based on a 1938 sentence and by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 07.07.1956 based on a 1941 sentence.
