Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated August 28, 1938 as a “participant in a military-fascist conspiracy” under Art. 58-1b, 58-7, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, sentenced to VMN. The sentence was carried out on the same day. Rehabilitated on June 23, 1956 by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces.
