Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated September 26, 1937 as a “participant in a military-fascist conspiracy” under Art. 58-7, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, he was sentenced to VMN. The sentence was carried out on the same day. Rehabilitated 07/07/1956.
