Okhotin Anatoly Dmitrievich
Born 06.05.1897 in the village of Zakurino, Verkhne-Landekhovsky district, Ivanovo region, Russian. Lived with his parents in Nizhny Novgorod, graduated from a real school, worked as a turner at the Sormovsky plant. Participant in the civil war, regimental commissar. Member of the All-Union Communist Party (bolsheviks) in 1918-1937. In 1926-1927 he worked in Ukraine, secretary of the regional committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League in Dnepropetrovsk. In 1928-1931 he was the head of the organizational and instructional department of the District Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (bolsheviks) of Kuznetskstroy. In 1931 he was seconded to Moscow to study at the Stalin Industrial Academy, studied at the faculty of aircraft engine construction. From his 3rd year at the Industrial Academy, he was recalled to work in the Political Department of the Moscow-Belarus-Baltic Railway, where he worked as deputy head of the Political Department. In early 1936, he was transferred to Leningrad, where he worked as deputy head of the Political Department of the Kirov Railway. In May 1937, he was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor. He lived in Leningrad (Ligovskaya St., Bldg. 44, Apt. 631). He was arrested on August 7, 1937. He was sentenced to capital punishment by the Visiting Session of the Supreme Court of the USSR in Leningrad on September 22, 1938, under Article 58-7-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. He was executed in Leningrad on September 23, 1938. His relatives received a false death certificate in 1941. He was rehabilitated in 1956.
