Tsetlin Efim Viktorovich
Born in 1898 in Mogilev ; Jewish; secondary education; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). First Secretary of the Russian Communist Youth Union (RKSM) from November 1918, Secretary of the RKSM Central Committee and simultaneously Secretary of the Moscow Committee of the RKSM in 1920, member of the Executive Committee of the KIM in 1922, in party work in Leningrad in 1925-1926, later - in the Secretariat of the Executive Committee of the Comintern, in the editorial office of Pravda. In 1928 - head of the Secretariat of N. I. Bukharin, in 1930 in the People's Commissariat of Heavy Industry. Employee and scientific secretary of N. I. Bukharin. He was arrested in February 1933. Released in 1934. He went to the Urals. Lived in the city of Sverdlovsk. Worked as the head of the technical service bureau of the Uralmashzavod. Arrested in 1937. Sentenced on September 16, 1937 by the decree of the Troika of the NKVD Directorate for Ivanovo Oblast on charges of belonging to a counter-revolutionary terrorist organization to the Supreme Court. Shot on September 22, 1937.
Rehabilitated on August 27, 1957 by the decision of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
