Born 16.09.1903 in the town of Atkarsk, Saratov Governorate; Russian; no name. Writer, member of the Union of Writers of the USSR since 1933, freelance editor of Detgiz. Lived in Leningrad, ul. Kuibysheva, bldg. 29, apt. 65. Arrested on 05.09.1937 by the NKVD Directorate for the Leningrad Region, charged under Art. 58-6, 58-7, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced to capital punishment by the resolution of the NKVD Commission and the Prosecutor of the USSR dated 19.11.1937. Shot on 24.11.1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated by the decision of the Military Tribunal of the Voronezh Military District dated 13.09.1957.

On June 3, 2018, a personal memorial sign was installed on house No. 29 on Kuibyshev Street in St. Petersburg in memory of S.K. Bezborodov as part of the Last Address project.
