Born in 1906 in St. Petersburg; Russian; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1924-1936; secondary education, completed the 1st year of the Oriental Faculty. Lived in Leningrad, Pionerskaya St., Bldg. 49, Apt. 43. Arrested by the Leningrad Regional Directorate of the NKVD on July 12, 1940, charged under Article 121 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (disclosure of state secrets and disinformation of the NKVD). Sentenced by the decree of the General Assembly under the NKVD of the USSR dated October 19, 1940 to 5 years in a correctional labor camp. Sentenced to the Onelag NKVD, where he died on March 23, 1943. Rehabilitated on August 7, 1962.
