Born in 1892 in Feodosia. Journalist, head of the Leningrad branch of the Izvestia newspaper, member of the Union of Soviet Writers . Lived in Moscow. Arrested on September 1, 1936. Sentenced on December 28, 1936 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Articles 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years in a labor camp. Died in the Norilsk camp on November 3, 1939. Rehabilitated by the USSR Prosecutor's Office on June 28, 1991.
